It can be installed on any standard toilet. You will need access to your water line. Your water line that feeds into your toilet from the wall/floor needs to be a flexible hose. It cannot be a straight metal pipe.

Most seats are! There are a few seats that have a very deep curve to them. That can put pressure on your Clean Bottom, which will not make the seat flush with your toilet. There are 3 solutions to this:

1. When installing the Clean Bottom on the toilet, you can move the unit forward or backwards. The installation holes are long for this purpose. This may be able to avoid the curve in your seat.
2. There are small stoppers you can buy on Amazon that you attach underneath your seat. They are inexpensive and help make the seat flush with the toilet.
3. You can replace your seat with a flat seat. A new toilet seat is fairly inexpensive. Clean Bottom users would much rather have their Clean Bottom as opposed to their curved seat, as the benefit from having a Clean Bottom is valuable.

If you are having a difficult time reaching the connection to your toilet because it is a tight area, or if your connection is inside of your toilet, it is ok! You can also hook the t-adapter to the connection at the other end of the water line. It’s where you turn the water on and off.

This is our most common question, especially being from Canada! Do not fear! It is called a cold-water attachment. If the water has been sitting in your pipes, it is closer to room temperature. Most Clean Bottom users do not notice the temperature of the water. They say it is a cool, refreshing feeling. You are not using it long enough for the temperature to affect you. It is everyone’s biggest fear, but once you try it, you will absolutely love it!

No! It is a non-electric bidet. No plug required.

The amount of water used is the equivalent to washing your hands. It is negligible. Plus, you will be saving so much money by not buying toilet paper anymore!

If it’s your own personal bathroom, we recommend drying with a personal towel that is there just for you. Something like a hand towel. If it’s a common bathroom that many people use, you can pat dry with a small amount of toilet paper.

No. Anyone can install it. It takes 10-15 minutes to install. We have installation videos and instructions come in the box. Check our reviews to see how other people felt about installation!

We provide you with all the necessary parts. It comes with the Clean Bottom Bidet, a metal braided hose, a brass t-adapter, a rubber washer, and instructions. Depending on your toilet setup, you may need an adjustable wrench to loosen your current connection, pending the age of the toilet. If you are a bit more advanced, some people use plumber’s tape as a precaution as well!

The first couple of times you use the Clean Bottom, we recommend doing a safety wipe with toilet paper afterwards. When you see there is nothing on the paper, you will never go back to wiping with paper again!

Just like anything new that you try, it will feel different at first. You get used to it very fast. Knowing that you are clean every time you leave the bathroom is the best feeling!

Every few years. Some people have their bidets for 10+ years! Our bidet is very durable with quality parts. It will last a long time. Like anything, it is as good as you take care of it.

Absolutely! It is yours to take with you! With the metal braided hose and the brass t-adapter, we have made it as easy as possible for you to install, uninstall, and reinstall if needed.

The feminine nozzle is a separate nozzle that sprays towards the front area. It is designed for women. It helps with daily feminine hygiene, and it is amazing for the time of the month. Check out our reviews to hear how much women love the feminine nozzle!

The self-cleaning function gives the nozzles a rinse off after every use. Once you have cleaned yourself, continue to turn the knob to the self-cleaning function. Let the function run for 10-15 sections to give it a quality rinse. That way you and your bidet both stay clean! You can also turn it on before you clean yourself if you prefer. Make sure that when you use this function, and any function, on the Clean Bottom that you are sitting on the toilet. Do not use any of the functions standing up.

Clean Bottom has adjustable pressure! You can adjust it to your comfort level. Some people are more sensitive, so they would turn on the light pressure. Some people are a bit hairier, or the consistency of their poop is a bit more difficult to remove. Those people can use the full pressure to ensure all the dingleberries and Klingons are gone! No more brown crayon back there!

It is! Toilet paper is not environmentally friendly. With toilet paper you are cutting down trees, it is not naturally white (it’s bleached along with other chemicals), and it takes about 37 gallons of water to make one roll of toilet paper! Save your hygiene and the environment!

You clean your Clean Bottom the same way you clean your toilet. Sanitize it as your normally would. We recommend using the self-cleaning nozzles after every use to help prevent build-up and keep it clean.

Hard water is ok! If you are worried about hard water build-up, you can unscrew the nozzles and let the water run for a minute, then screw the nozzles back on. None of our customers have experienced this before, but if it does, now you know what to do!
